Adolph E. Larson's Obituary
Adolph Edwin Larson, 82, of Superior, died Thurs. Nov. 25, 2010 at Essentia Health St. Mary's Medical Center in Duluth.
Adolph was born in Superior of Nov. 11, 1928 the son of Agnes (Ehn) and John P. Larson.
He was preceded in death by his parents; four brothers, Carl, Theodore (Pat), Gunnar and Ingwar (Jean); two sisters, Esther (William) Koenen and Edith (Dallas) Bolk; two brothers-in-law, Kelly Vendela and Toby Fields; and a sister-in-law Hazel Larson.
Adolph is survived by his three sisters, Lucille Vendela of Superior, Florence (Bill) Goddard of South Range and Ida Fields of Tehachapi, Cali.; a brother, Alex Larson of Apache Junction, Tex.; and his nieces and nephews.
His visitation will be Tue. Nov. 30 from 10:30 a.m. until the 11:30 a.m. funeral service at Downs Funeral Home, corner of 19th St. and Ogden Ave. in Superior. Rev. Greg Gullicksrud, pastor of Peace Lutheran Church in Poplar, will officiate. Interment will be in Riverside Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Richard, Ronald and Thomas Vendela, Tim and Scott Goddard and Tony Ernst.
