Albert C. Rehrer, Sr., 75, of Superior, died Monday, August 24, 2020 at Superior Rehabilitation Center.

Al was boron in Brooklyn, NY on Sept. 5, 1944 the son of Veronica (Golic) and Charles M. Rehrer.

He had worked as a security guard in Fort Meyers, Fl and also worked at the Superior Vocational Center. He was a member of the Superior Moose Lodge.

Al enjoyed fishing, going for rides on his electric scooter, playing Bingo, and going to the 4 ^th of July Parade. He was a wonderful husband, father, and grandfather.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and a sister, Mary Ann Fryer.

Al is survived by his wife, Linda; children, Albert C. 'Charlie' Rehrer of Florida and Amee Rehrer of Florida; grandchildren, Albert C. Rehrer III, and Donald Coward; step-children, Amy Hammond of Superior, Julie (Stan) Newton of Chicago, Peter Hammond of South Range, and Paul (Danielle) Hammond of South Range; and step-grandchildren, Tyler, Kaylee, Belle and Kendall.

Visitation will be held on Saturday Sept. 5 ^th from 10:00-11:00 a.m. at Downs Funeral Home, 1617 N 19 ^th St. A graveside service will follow at 11:30 a.m. at Graceland Cemetery, Rev. H. Duane Aslyn will officiate.
