Andrew Rivard, 88, lifelong resident of Superior, "ran out of power" on October 12, 2018 at McKenzie Manor.

He was born in Superior on June 18, 1930, the son of August and Julie Rivard.

Andrew was an avid Green Bay Packer fan.  He enjoyed singing and eating. Growing up on the family farm, he loved taking care of the animals and riding on the tractor.

He is preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Oliver, Bernard, and Ray; and sisters, Agnes, and Jean.

Andrew is survived by his brothers, Robert (Darlene) and John; sister, Mary Waltonberg; and many nieces and nephews.

His visitation will be on Tuesday, October 16, 2018, from 10:00 until the 11:00 a.m. memorial at Downs Funeral Home, 1617 N 19 ^th Street.  Luncheon will follow at the Billings Park Civic Center from Noon until 1:00. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.

A special thank you to the staff at the Challenge Center and McKenzie Manor, where he had lived since 1999, for their wonderful care of Andrew.
