Annabell Rose Effinger's Obituary
Annabell Rose Effinger, infant daughter of April Good (Kelley) and Vincent Effinger, Jr. died July 4, 2014 at Essentia-St. Mary's Hospital in Duluth.
She is survived by her parents; siblings, Ann, Shantasia, Adam, Nash, Coda and Jason; maternal grandparents, Lois "Ann" Good (Kelley) and William Elmer Kelley; paternal grandmother, Arlene Heinrich; aunts and uncles, Robert (Octavia) Kelley, Travis (Jennifer) Jason Good (Kelley), Walter Effinger and Demetrius Turner.
She was preceded in death by her, paternal grandfather, Vincent Effinger, Sr.; an uncle, Eric; great-uncle, Richard Kelley, Sr.; step maternal grandmother, Frankie Jackson; paternal great-grandparents, Illia and John Heinrich; maternal great-grandparents Mae and Lesel Kelley and Edwin & Edna Rosnow.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, July 11 at 2 p.m. at Downs Funeral Home, corner of 19th St. and Ogden Ave, with Pastor Dave Popilek as officiant.
