Anthony James Puckett, Sr., 40, of Superior, died after a tragic accident and was found on Sunday, April 28, 2019.

He was born in Duluth on April 30, 1978.

Tony was an avid Green Bay Packers fan.  He enjoyed fishing and playing pool.  Most of all, he loved spending time with his family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Lisa Marie.

Tony is survived by his soul mate and wife, Shannon; children, Alexandria (Majikiiwis) and Anthony, Jr.; mother and father, Debbie and Lester Mattison; brothers, Adam and Carl Mattison; brothers-in-law, Michael (Jamie) and Ryan (Lisa); mother-in-law, Kathy Jodell; and special friend, Michael, Jr.; and many nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be on Sunday, May 5, from 2:00 – 5:00 p.m. at the Billings Park Civic Center, 3903 N 18 ^th St. Superior.

The family would like to thank the Douglas County Sheriff's Department, the Volunteer Fire Departments, and all the volunteers who helped look for Tony, including the property owners that gave them access to their properties during the search.
