Arthur John Leino, 93, of Brule, died Sunday, November 26, 2023, at his residence.

He was born September 20, 1930, in Oulu, WI, son of Victor and Fredrikka Leino.

Art's wife of over 63 years, Margot Vivian (Johnson) Leino, died just 4 days before him.

While in California, Art and Viv were master gardeners. Art enjoyed making firewood and time in the sauna.

His work history was with the United States Postal Service, where he worked as a postal carrier for 63 years.

Art served his country with the U.S. Army and was honorably discharged.

In addition to his wife, he was preceded him in death by his sons, David and Steven; brothers, Hjalmer, Harold and Frank; and sisters, Elsie and Alie.

Survivors include his daughter-in-law, Susan Leino; grandson, Cory (Sam) Leino, great-granddaughter, Lilith Leino; and several nieces and nephews.

As per Art's wishes, there will be no service.
