Barbara (Ogren) Johnson, 91, of Superior, WI, died on Saturday November 9, 2024. She was born August 26, 1933, in Superior, the daughter of Carl and Edna (Erikson) Ogren. Barbara graduated from Superior Central High School in 1951. She was employed for many good years as a support staff member in Sciences and Mathematics at UW-Superior and retired in 1998.

Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, her daughter, Jodi Hicks of Denver City, TX, her sister and brother-in-law Ruth and Bill Simon of Superior, brother-in-law Frank Gatton of Oswego, IL, and her nephew Michael Simon of Ashland, WI.

Barbara is survived by her son, Jeb (Karin Sable) Johnson of Truckee, CA, her sister Kathy Gatton of Oswego, IL, one niece and two nephews.

As Barbara requested, there will be no funeral service.
