Barbara J. Lavin, 82, of Superior, died Monday, October 7, 2024, at her residence.

Barbara was born on August 12, 1942, the daughter of Arthur and Edna (Mooney) Axelson.

She had run a home daycare for many years. Barbara enjoyed her doll houses, sewing, and whistling around the house.  loved dogs, especially her dachshund.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Glen, and her brothers.

Barbara is survived by her children, Duane (Christy), Joanne, William (Kim), and Ryan (Marla); and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

A family celebration of Barbara's life will be held at  a later date.
