Betty A. Middleton, 85, of Superior, died Monday, December 16, 2019, at Villa Marina Health and Rehabilitation in Superior.

She was born in Chicago on August 11, 1934, the daughter of David and Ruth Kaskie.

In 1956, Betty Kaskie and Gail Middleton were married in Pierre, SD.  She worked as an LPN for St. Joseph Hospital, a monument rep for Braham Monument, and a homemaker.   Betty and Gail spent 42 years dairy farming and retired in 2002.

Betty was a very active member of Country Peace Presbyterian Church, the Birthday Club, and Quilting Circle.  She was a former member of the P.T.A. and TOPS.  Betty enjoyed sewing and being with her family.

Betty is survived by her children, Lorna (Terry) Madden, Loren (Terri) Middleton, Michael (Tracy) Middleton, Wayne (Lauri) Middleton, Tom (Pam) Middleton, and David (Renee) Middleton; grandchildren, Anna, Allison, Michael (Christine), Christina (Ted), Kevin (Amanda), Cory (Megan), Kyle (Jessica), Mollie, Gunnar, Chase, Conner, Colten, Chelsy, Josh, Holly, and Lucas; several great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until the 11:00 a.m. funeral service on Saturday, December 21, 2019, at Country Peace Presbyterian Church, 4694 County Road A, Superior, with Rev. Richard Blood officiating.

Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery following the funeral service and preceding the luncheon at the church.
