Bruce Ritchie's Obituary
Bruce Ritchie, 84 of Superior, died Monday, September 15, 2014 at Golden Living Center in Superior.
Bruce was born on May 11, 1930. He had lived at the Harmony House for eight years and enjoyed the friendships he made there.
He had worked in road maintenance in Illinois and Minnesota. He had also been a farmer in Minnesota and worked as a Janitor at the Roseau City Mall and the West Acres Mall in West Fargo.
Bruce enjoyed music, he played the harmonica and guitar, and he enjoyed his beer, cigarettes and sweet treats.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a son Bruce A. Ritchie and brothers and sisters.
Bruce is survived by his daughter, Sarah Ritchie of Detroit Lakes, Minn.; grandchildren, Tammy (Jason) Thompson of Superior, Tara (Trent) Wiskow of Greenbush, Minn., Kristy (Jesse) Davis of Keller, Texas, Teri Ritchie of Duluth, and Harmony and Elijah Ritchie of Detroit Lakes; nine great-grandchildren; a daughter-in-law, Shari (Peter) Birch of Superior; and brothers, Johnny Ritchie of Calif., and Chuck Ritchie of Minn.
A private graveside service will be held.
