Carol Anne Ronning, 64, of Superior, died Sunday, August 23, 2015, at Essentia Health-St. Mary's Medical Center, Duluth.
She was born October 31, 1950, in Chicago, daughter of Clarence and Dorothy Kaye.
On October 29, 1982, in Superior, Carol married Marvin Ronning.
Carol worked many years as a manager for Village Bowl and Landmark Lanes.
She enjoyed bowling, fishing, camping, video games, crossword puzzles, feeding squirrels, attending the Musky Festival in Hayward, and especially loved spending time with her cat, "Squeky."
Survivors include her husband of over 32 years, Marvin "Marv" Ronning; sons, Donald (Cheryl) Velleux, Superior, Timothy (Jenny) Velleux, Garland, Texas, Robert Ronning, Superior, and Steven Ronning, Minnesota; grandchildren, Alexander, Matthew, Lilly, Garrett and Tabitha; brother, Leonard Kaye, Pheonix, Arizona; and mother-in-law, Dolores Ronning, Superior.
Visitation will be from 10 until the 11 a.m. service, Thursday, August 27, 2015, at Downs Funeral Home, 1617 N. 19th Street, Superior. Pastor Jenny Armstrong, of Darrow Road Wesleyan Church will officiate.
Interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Superior.
