Christine Ann Thielman, 46, of Superior, died unexpectedly Monday, December 9, 2013, at her residence.

She was born January 12, 1967 in Superior, daughter of Richard Thielman and Linda (Shaver) Thielman Powell.

Christine's work history included many years at St. Francis in the Park serving as a housekeeper. Most recently she worked as a crew member for 13 years at Hardee's, where she leaves behind a second family of coworkers and customers alike.

Christine devoted her life to helping others. She had a passion for garage sales, making many friends on local online garage sale sites. She loved crafts and scrapbooking to record family events. She was always up for an adventure of traveling and sightseeing with her spouse and best friend, Steve; however, her favorite time was spent with family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Richard Thielman; father-in-law, Robert Ford; and mother-in-law, Sharon Ford; and brother-in-law, Terry Ford.

Survivors include her spouse of 30 years, Steven Ford; daughters, Stephanie Ford and Heidi Ford; sons, Justin Ford and Patrick Ford, all of Superior; mother, Linda (Will) Thielman Powell, Webster, WI; brothers, Terrance (Jennifer) Thielman, Sparta, WI, Bruce Thielman, Superior, and Robert Bergson, Avondale, AZ; sister, Valerie Velasco, Finlayson, MN; childhood best friend and special aunt, Kathy Jo Cassell, Rice Lake, WI; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and friends; and special canine friend, Sheba.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the noon service, Friday, December 13, 2013 at First Evangelical Covenant Church, 3311 Hammond Avenue, Superior. Reverend Stephen Staurseth will officiate.

Pallbearers will be Bruce Thielman, Terrance Thielman, Robert Bergson, Vernon Shaver, Jr., Richard Shaver, Edwin Shaver and Jeffery Cassell, Sr.

Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Superior.

Should friends desire, memorials may be made to the family.
