Clarice Jean Borgh Flemming, 89, longtime Superior resident, passed away peacefully in her sleep on October 3, 2025, at New Perspectives Twin Ports Memory Care in Superior, WI.

She was born on April 5, 1936, the daughter of Clarence and Nellie Barnes in Radisson, WI.

Clarice was a graduate from Central High School.  She was employed at Superior, Water, Light & Power for several years.  Clarice enjoyed many activities such as curling, golfing, bowling, serving her church and singing in the choir.

She was a devoted Christian and in her final hours joined her Lord peacefully listening to old gospel music.  Clarice was a wonderful and loving wife, sister, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

Clarice is survived by her children, Julie Puksich of Sheboygan, WI, Cathy Eliason (Dick Spehar) of Superior, WI, and Terry Borgh (Dorothy Kogl) of Bird City, Kansas; stepsons, Ron, Paul, and Mark Flemming; sisters, Lucy Bergstrom of Superior, WI, and Dorothy Walton of Kenosha, WI; sister-in-law, Joyce Barnes of Superior, WI; grandchildren, Jessica (Matt) Rybarczyk, Hillary (Chris) Collins, Jennifer Haneman, Cristie (Darren) Gordon, and Brent (Emily Duncanson) Eliason; long-time friend, Lois Colborn; and several nieces, nephews, and great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Lorraine Williams; brother, Glenn Barnes; stepsister, Wilma Peterson; first husband, Theon Borgh, Jr.; second husband, Lawrence Flemming; and son-in-law, Michael Puksich.

The family would like to give thanks to the staff at New Perspectives, especially Amanda L. and Michelle B., and the Essentia Hospice Team, Mikayla, R.N., for their care of Clarice.

A private family celebration of life will be hosted at a later date.
