Constance "Connie" J. Syring, 90, of Superior, died Wednesday, January 5, 2022, at Aspen Health and Rehab Center, South Range.

She was born April 17, 1931, in Three Rivers, Michigan, daughter of Ira and Vera (Shook) Keith.

Connie retired from the Wisconsin Department of Petroleum Inspection, after many years of service.

Her top priority was her family and spending as much time as possible with her grandchildren. She also enjoyed painting and sewing.

Connie was a member of the Sunnyside Club.

Preceding her in death were her parents; husband, Elroy "Bud" Syring, Sr.; and siblings, David Keith and Margret Flamang.

Survivors include her sons, Elroy "Bud" Syring, Jr., Superior, and Timothy (Patti) Syring, LaCrosse, WI; daughter, Barbara (Greg) Knoll, Wascott, WI; granddaughters, Caitlin Knoll, Duluth, Hannah Knoll, Minneapolis, Erin Syring, Washington, DC, and Kimberly Syring, Corvallis, OR; siblings, Fred (Judy) Keith, Doug Keith, and Mary Bedford; and many nieces and nephews.

A celebration of Connie's life will be held from 1 until 3 p.m., Sunday, January 9, 2022, at Downs Funeral Home, 1617 N. 19 ^th Street, Superior.

Burial will be held at Greenwood Cemetery, Superior, at a later date.
