David A. Zinmer, 48, of Superior, died Tuesday, November 17, 2015, at Essentia Health-St. Mary's Medical Center, Duluth.

He was born October 17, 1967, in Superior, son of John and Addie (Kelly) Zinmer.

David enjoyed bowling, watching TV, dining out, visiting with friends at the Encompass activity center, and Wednesday night dinners at Mom's when she was with us. He was very close to all his siblings.

Preceding him in death were his grandparents, parents, and half-brother, John A. Zinmer.

Survivors include his brothers, Andrew (Victoria Gould) Zinmer, Antigo, WI, and James Zinmer, Duluth; sisters, Susan King, Madison, WI, and Anita (Frank) Lord, Superior; nephews, Royce King, Josh and Russell Deveau, all of Superior; nieces, Rebecca Selbrede, Superior, and Krystle King, Madison, WI.

Visitation will be from 12 noon until the 1 p.m. service, Saturday, November 21, 2015, at Downs Funeral Home, 1617 N. 19th Street, Superior.
