Dawn Marie Summerford, 42, of Superior, died Friday January 9, 2026, at her residence.

Dawn was born in Superior on April 29, 1983, the daughter of David and Tamara (Dittel) Summerford.

She graduated from Northwood Technical College (WITC) with a degree in Computer Science.

Dawn enjoyed playing Bingo. Most important to her was her family and she loved spending time with them.

She was preceded in death by her father, David; son, Austin Snedeker; and father of her children, Herbert Snedeker III.

Dawn is survived by her children, Amber (Lukus Kingbird-LaPointe) Snedeker, Andrew Snedeker, and Jace Snedeker; mother, Tamara O'Brien; brother, Jeremy Summerford, grandchildren Augst and Atreus Kingbird-LaPointe; nephew, Johnathon, and many aunts and uncles.

A Celebration for Dawn will be held at a later date.
