Delores L. Greco, 67, of Superior, Wis. died Wed., Feb. 9, 2011 at St. Luke's Hospital in Duluth, Minn.

Delores was born in Superior on July 23, 1943, the daughter of Lottie (Keeler) and Chris Mains.

She was a Foster Grandparent for 8 years in Mrs. Theelke's class at Cooper Elementary School. She was an active member of Darrow Road Wesleyan Church where she was a Sunday school teacher, member of the Women's Missionary Society and many other activities.

Delores was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother and was very involved with her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Roger Mains; sister, Gail Olson; niece, Jody Kosta; and nephew, Todd Kosta.

Delores is survived by her husband of 45 years, Peter; four daughters and their families, Michelle and Allan Dahl of Spooner, Wis. and their children, Samantha, Kayla, Sierra, Allan, Marissa and Patricia; Brenda and Bruce Parendo of Duluth and their children, Kyle and Corrinda; Janet and Darrin Mackey of Duluth and their children, Michael and Madisen; Nancy and Kevin Gregory of Superior and their children, Chantelle and Nicole; one great-grandchild, Adrianna; brothers and sisters, Shirley Burke, Ronald Mains, Connie Mack, Richard Mains, Carol Kosta, Alan Mains, Donna Larson, Donald Mains and Dale Mains; and several nieces and nephews.

Her memorial service will be on Sat., Feb. 12 at 11 a.m. at Darrow Road Wesleyan Church. Visitation will begin one hour prior.

Downs Funeral Home, corner of 19th St. and Ogden Ave., is assisting the family with arrangements.
