Donald L. Olson, 73, of Superior, died on Monday, January 9, 2023, at St. Luke's Hospital in Duluth.

He was born on April 22, 1949, in Superior, the son of Albin and Betsy (Slick) Olson.

Don graduated from Northwestern High School in 1967 and obtained a Broad Science Degree from UWS. He worked as an industrial electrician for various companies and as a substitute teacher.

Don enjoyed hunting, fishing, golfing, spending time at the cabin, and he was a fan of the Brewers and Packers.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Frank and Ralph; and nephew, Dion Diorio.

Don is survived by his wife, Lucy (Weston) Olson; son, Adam Olson of Iron Mountain, MI; sisters, Dana (Fred) Diorio, and Frances (Archie) Morgan; and niece, Denise Diorio.

A private family service will be held at a later date. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
