Donn W. Bergquist, age 73, of Lake Nebagamon, died Thursday August 13, 2026, in Barnes.

Donn was born in Superior, Wisconsin to Carl William & Virginia (Cronstrom) Bergquist. He and his wife Lydelle just celebrated 48 years of marriage.

Donn was a practicing CPA in Superior and a resort owner in Barnes, WI. Crosswinds Resort was his favorite place to work and play. He loved being outside, on the water, and waterskied last month for his birthday.

A casual Music & Memories celebration will be held from 3:00 to 6:00 pm on Saturday September 5, 2026, at Crosswinds Resort, 1805 Lakeside Drive (Buck N Bass Road) Barnes, WI 54873.

A private interment will be held at Lake Nebagamon Cemetery at a later date.
