Donnajean Rose Pearson Hursh, 78, of Poplar died Sunday morning, March 15, 2020 at Essentia Health in Duluth. She was born October 11, 1941 in Superior, daughter of Kenneth LeRoy and Rose Marie (Hill) Pearson. Donnajean graduated from Northwestern High School, she was a homemaker and a favorite CNA at Middle River Health Facility. Among her favorite activities were reading, 4-wheeling, horseback riding, and as legend has it, a Powder Puff Race Car driver! Widely known as Country Grandma, her favorite way of spending time was laughing with her grandchildren.

Preceding her in death were her parents; brother, Donald (Joyce) Pearson; her children's father, Nels Hursh; and spouse, Mickey Munson.

She is survived by her sons, Clyde (Patricia) Hursh, Bert (Katy) Hursh, Robert (Laura) Hursh, and Joseph Bex; daughter, Kathy (Randy, Sr) Ronchi; grandchildren, Sarah, Heather, Matthew, Maxwell, Billy, Connilyn, Nickoli, Alexandra, Brianna, Marissa, Donavon, and Tiana; 7 great-grandchildren; brother, Robert Pearson; sisters, Irene (Sylvester) Hursh and Leona (David) Larson; several beloved nieces and nephews.

Honorary pallbearers will be Donnajean's grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 1 until the 2 p.m. service, Thursday, August 27, 2020 at Mission Covenant Church, Poplar, WI.
