Dorothy May Aney, 93, of Superior, Wis. died Wed., Oct 15, 2014, at the Golden Living Center.
She was born Nov. 30, 1920 In Superior to Dora (Charbonneau) and Matthew Leroux.
Preceding her in death were her parents; husband, Otis in 1983; and a grandson, Kenneth Aney.
Surviving are her two children, Julie (Gary Jackson) Laberdie of Superior and Richard (Barbara) Aney of Davenport, Iowa; grandchildren, Jeanne (John) Lerschen, Preston (Lilly) Berry, Rich (Laurie) Aney, Sharon (Doug) Weber, and Carissa (Jeff) Walkowiak; ten great-grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. on Tues., Oct. 21st in Cathedral Of Christ The King, of which Dorothy was a longtime member. The Mass of Christian Burial follows with Rev. Fr. Andrew P. Ricci, Rector as Celebrant. Committal prayers will be held at Calvary Cemetery.
Pallbearers are Jeff, Kyle and Nicholas Walkowiak, Gary Jackson, Rich Aney, and Doug Weber.
Downs Funeral Home, corner of Ogden & 19th St., is assisting Dorothy's family with arrangements.
