Duane Harley Larson, 76, of Superior, died Monday November 21, 2022, at his residence.

Duane was born in Minneapolis on March 16, 1946, the son of Leo and Margie (Gray) Larson.

He had sailed on the Great Lakes working on the boats, and for J.I. Case in Racine, WI.

He enjoyed listening to country music and going to concerts, watching Westerns, and traveling. Most important to him was spending time with his family, especially during Christmas.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, David, Don, Kurt, and Randy; and sister, Joyce Larson.

He is survived by his sons, Duane L. Larson, Cory Larson and Shawn Larson; grandchildren, Leo, Kadence, Kaylee, and Skyler; sisters, Wendy (Lane Prince) Larson, Janette Larson, Judy (Jerry) Swenson, and Cindy Larson; and his nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Duane's Life will be held on Tuesday, January 10, 2023, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Downs Funeral Home, 1617 N 19 ^th St., Superior.
