Edward E. Williams, 61, of Town of Parkland, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Friday, November 25, 2016 at Essentia Health-St. Mary's Medical Center in Duluth.

He was born in Superior on May 23, 1955, the son of George and Alice Williams.

Ed enjoyed shooting pool, playing cribbage and other card games, and was an avid Packer fan.  Most of all, he loved spending time with his family.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Bea; parents; and sister, Mary Wise.

Ed is survived by his siblings, George (Lorie) Williams, Dan (Lilah) Williams, Bonnie (Larry) Gray, Jeff Williams, Ruthie Olson, Tom Williams, Susie Dzelak, Kathy (Dan) Dawson, Bob (Denise) Williams, and Tim (Sandy) Williams.

A celebration of life will be held at the Parkland Town Hall on Friday, December 2, 2016 from 4 to 7 p.m.
