Ethel Ilene Edwards passed away Thursday, Sept. 24, 2015 surrounded by her family.
Ethel was born Nov. 13, 1929 in Superior to Peder and Cornelia Jensen.
She was preceded in death by parents Peder and Cornelia; brothers Henry and Edward; sister Clara; infant son Mitchell; daughter Susan; son-in-law Tom.
Ethel is survived by children, Sandy (Roger), Nancy (Earl), Michael (Cathy), Jill, Kathy (Jarl), Jodi (Tony) Lea; grandchildren, Sondra (Lou), Jade, Ryan, Michael, Clayton, Molly, Susan, Hannah; great-grandchildren, Easton, Sophia, Maddox, Noah; many nieces and nephews.
Ethel enjoyed spending time with her family more than anything. Her passions in life included traveling, fashion, painting and laughter. She will always be remembered for her quick wit and sense of humor. Ethel was the best mother, grandmother, and auntie in the world and will be forever loved and greatly missed.
A gathering of life will be held on Monday, Sept. 28 from 12:30-3:30 p.m. at Billings Park Civic Center 3903 N. 18th St. Superior.
