Eunice L. Johnson, 88, of South Range, died Friday, May 3, 2024, at Essentia Health – St. Mary's Hospital of Superior.

Eunice was born on February 13, 1936, in Ladysmith, WI, the daughter of Hazel (Fray) and Clarence Ellison, Sr.

She worked as a lab technician for St. Joseph's Hospital and Middle River Health and Rehab and later worked as a nurse's aide.

Eunice was preceded in death by her parents; children, Donna Hugdahl and Phillip Johnson; brothers, Clarence Ellison, Jr. and Allen Ellison.

Survivors include her daughter, Nancy (Glenn) Damur; sons, Scott Johnson and Terry (Maureen) Johnson; many grandchildren; and brother, Carl (Eunice) Ellison.

A private family graveside service will be held at Windfall Cemetery in Exeland, WI at a later date.
