Faye Marie Harrington, 84, lifelong resident of Allouez in Superior, died Sunday, January 24, 2016 at Essentia Health St. Mary's Hospital in Superior.

Faye was born on Aug. 9, 1931 the daughter of Evelyn 'Toots' (Heytens) and Carl Feldt.

She was a graduate of Cathedral High School and had worked as a clerk for the Great Northern Railroad. She married John 'Rusty' Harrington on May 24, 1952.

Faye was a great baker and an avid deer hunter. She enjoyed spending time in Iron River at the family cabins. She wore jeans before they were fashionable. Faye was a hard worker. She enjoyed traveling, having taken many trips to Europe and especially enjoyed Belgium.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Evelyn 'Toots' Feldt Stromko and father, Carl Feldt; and her husband, Rusty.

Faye is survived by her son, Dan (Mary Jane) Harrington of Green Bay and their children, Nicholas of Castle Rock, CO and Kevin (Katelyn) of Eau Claire, WI; her daughter, Kim Harrington-Vanpraet (Andre') of Oostende, Belgium and their children, Tijl Vanpraet (Katrien Asselberghs) of Duffel, Belgium, Sebastiaan Vanpraet of Oostende, Belgium and Zachary Vanpraet of Oostende, Belgium; and her best friend, Betty Heytens.

Following Faye's wishes no services will be held.
