Florence J. Deneweth, 91, of Superior, died Monday, June 26, 2017, at Essentia Health-St. Mary's Medical Center, Duluth.

She was born March 1, 1926, in Superior.

Florence worked many years as a registered nurse at St. Mary's Medical Center, Duluth.

Preceding her in death were her parents; brothers, Richard, Edward and Eugene; and sisters, Genevieve, Ann, and Lucille.

Survivors include her husband, Joseph; sister, Patty West, Solon Springs, WI; and brother, Walter Lukas, Las Vegas, NV; and several nieces and nephews.

Private family services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 5, 2017, at Downs Funeral Home, 1617 N. 19 ^th Street, Superior.

Interment will be in St. Francis Cemetery, Superior.
