Franklin 'Franko' White Lark, 63, of Superior, WI, formerly of South Dakota, died Saturday, October 23, 2021.

He was born on August 9, 1958, in Winner, South Dakota, the son of Dora Dog Soldier and Thomas White Lark.

Franklin was a proud member of the Rosebud Sioux Tribe. He loved the outdoors, whether it was doing yardwork, feeding animals, or watching the eagles fly. He was also a skilled pool player and a big fan of the Vikings.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Frank leaves behind friends and family from a life well lived.

No services are planned at this time, however the family plans to hold a celebration at a later date.
