Frederick 'Fred' K. McFarlin, Jr., 77 of Superior, died Monday March 17, 2020 at Twin Ports Health Services.

Fred was born in Superior on Sept. 23, 1942 the son of Sophie (Bednarcik) and Frederick McFarlin, Sr.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers-in-law, James Hugdahl, Bob Kallstrom, and Richard Nichols; and nephews, Christopher Schmitt and Ronald Kallstrom.

Fred is survived by his 5 sisters, Sally Hugdahl of Superior, Margie Kallstrom of Superior, Mary Lou Nichols of New Haven, MO, Judy (Gerald) Schmitt of Superior and Kay (Kenneth) Marine of Windsor, WI; and many nieces and nephews.

Following Fred's wishes, no services will be held. Interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery.
