Geraldine Louise Pioro, 82 of Superior, WI died on Tuesday, April 26, 2022, in Essentia Health Superior.  She was born on May 7, 1939, to Martin and Emma (Walimaki) Ford in Superior.  Gerry was employed as a bookkeeper with NBC Bank for many years.  In her spare time, she enjoyed working with ceramics, sewing, and crocheting.  Gerry loved animals especially cats and dogs.  She especially enjoyed spending time with family and friends.  In her younger years she enjoyed camping with her husband, Joseph.

She was preceded by her parents, her husband, Joseph, her brothers, John, Robert, and Martin Ford.

Survivors include her sister, Patsy Kimball of Fond du Lac, WI and numerous nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, May 6, 2022, with a visitation one hour prior to the service in Downs Funeral Home Chapel, 1617 N. 19 ^th St., Superior.   Burial will be in St. Francis Cemetery.
