Jack W. Moore's Obituary
Jack W. Moore, 53, of Superior died Friday, November 18, 2016 at St. Luke's Hospital in Duluth.
Jack was born on Sept. 8, 1963 the son of James and Barbara Moore.
He was preceded in death by his grandchildren, Dillon and Logan; and a brother, James.
Jack is survived by his daughter, Rochelle (Justin) Zembo of Hermantown; his parents, James and Barbara; grandchildren, Devan, Landen and Kendall; brothers, Jeffrey, Jerry and Jon; and nieces, Jolene Moore and her daughter, Hailey, and Cassie Hirdler.
At this time no services will be held.
The family would like to thank the staff of St. Luke's ICU and Hospice for their wonderful care and support.
