James T. Balcum, 59 of Superior Wisconsin, passed away at home on December 30th, 2017 after a short battle with stage 3 lung cancer. Born in Elmira, NY and raised in Camillus, NY, he moved to the Minnesota / Wisconsin area where he owned and operated Balcum Appliance for many years. Jim, a Loving Father, Husband, Employer, Friend and Fearless Leader leaves behind his immediate family loving wife Sue, his Son Zachory and his daughter-in-law Elizabeth. Other family members left behind are: Brothers: Richard (Gary) of Texas, Gene(Amy Kay) of Liverpool NY, Frank of Utica NY, Matt (Michelle) of Camillus NY - Sisters: MaryEllen of Las Vegas NV and Amy Sue of Syracuse NY. Both his mother Sue and father Richard are deceased. There are no funeral services planned at this time.
