James M. "Mike" Hofacre, 75, passed away February 10, 2026, at New Perspective Senior Living in Superior.

Mike was a graduate of Superior Senior High School, WITC-Superior (Northwood Tech) and served two years in the Army and was a Viet Nam veteran.

He was preceded in death by parents, James and Ruth Hofacre and brother, Mitch Hofacre.

He is survived by siblings, Roberta (Dave) Lindemann, Val Walker, Steve Hofacre, and Pam (Jim) Donaldson; nieces and nephew, Angela (Paul) Tribbey, Nicole Dandrea, Jennifer Kurosky, Kathryn (Chad) Turnwald, and Daniel (Arleth) Walker; and several great nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life will take place Saturday, February 28th from 5 – 8p.m. at VIP Pizza, 1201 Tower Ave., Superior.
