Jamie C. Golen's Obituary
Jamie C. Golen, 42, of Superior, died Thursday, June 18, 2015 at St. Luke's Hospital in Duluth.
Jamie was born on April 7, 1973 the daughter of Dan O'Keefe and Cathy Gilbert. She married Rusty Repinski on April 11, 2015.
She had worked as a medical assistant at Duluth Clinic and also as a waitress at Little Angie's and the Elbo Room. She enjoyed cheerleading and was a cheerleader during grade school and High School. She was always taking care of everyone else. Jamie had a golden heart.
She was preceded in death by her father, Dan O'Keefe.
Jamie is survived by her husband, Rusty; two daughters, Shantae (Ernie) Marquardt of Iron River, and JaCoya Golen of Superior; grandson, Ernie; her mother Cathy and Step-father, Leroy Golen; her aunt Amy Geegan; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Her memorial service will be held on Monday, June 22 at 1:00pm at Downs Funeral Home, corner of 19th St. and Ogden Ave. Elizebeth Lyons will officiate. Visitation will begin one hour prior.
