Jann Brill, age 82, passed away in Mount Royal Pines Assisted Living on May 10, 2026.

Born on March 20, 1944, to Elizabeth and John Hofberger in Winneconne, Wisconsin, she had three siblings – Marjorie Moeller, Joy Bolte, and Michael Hofberger (Gail). Jann was a lifelong Wisconsin resident, graduating from the University of Whitewater and eventually settling down in Superior, Wisconsin where she raised her two sons, Richard and Steven Brill.

Jann greatly enjoyed spending time with family, playing cards, and taking in the scenery at Wisconsin Point nearly every day. She was a lifelong fan of the Green-Bay Packers and enjoyed adding to her impressive collection of brown-and-white cow decor. Jann was always greatly appreciative of those around her and maintained a positive outlook no matter the circumstance. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, friend, and community member to everyone who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her son, Richard brill, in 2015.

She is survived by her son, Steven Brill, and her 3 Grandchildren: Jake Brill, Ella Brill, and Samantha Brill.

Her Celebration of Life will be on Thursday June 4, 2026, from 3:00 to 6:00 pm at the Lake Nebagamon Auditorium, 11596 Waterfront Dr, Lake Nebagamon, WI .
