Jean M. Martin, 91, of Superior, died Sunday, February 4, 2018, at Essentia Health- St. Mary's Medical Center in Duluth.

She was born in Superior on November 14, 1926, the daughter of Henry and Esther Lagro.

In June 1946, Jean Lagro and Floyd Martin were united in marriage.

Jean was a member of Bayside Baptist Church where she would help with banquets and floral arrangements. She enjoyed gardening and entertaining her family.  Jean loved traveling to Hawaii with Floyd.

She is preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Diane Larson; sister, Shirley; and brothers, Earl and Robert.

Jean is survived by her husband, Floyd; brothers, Richard (Judy) Lagro of Arizona, and Jerry Lagro of Minnesota; son, David (Donna) Martin of New Mexico; son-in-law, Robert Larson of MN; grandchildren, Chad (Andrea) Martin, Jennifer (Lalo) Flores, Steffany (Kyle) Bacho, Christy (Mark) Moline, Tonya (Nick) Mancuso, Brandi (Alex) Gonzales, Tammi (Pete) Irwin; 15 great-grandchildren; and a multitude of nieces, nephews and many wonderful friends.

A celebration of life will be held at Bayside Baptist Church in the Spring, date and time to be announced. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery.
