Jessica C. Heise, 38, of Duluth, MN, died on Monday, May 17, 2021 at St. Luke's Hospital.

She was born on April 3, 1983 in Duluth the daughter of Paul Heise and Selma 'Sally' Raschke.

Jessica attended Central High School in Duluth and Two Harbors High School, where she graduated from in 2001.

She enjoyed spending time with her daughter, going for walks in the Rose Garden, and meeting new people. Jessica was nonjudgmental, had a big heart and a unique sense of style.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Robert and Grace Raschke; paternal grandparents, Lawrence and Ethel Heise; and Lydia's father, Jason Grover.

Jessica is survived by her daughter, Lydia Heise of Superior; mother, Sally (Ron) Quell of Superior; father, Paul Heise of Two Harbors; twin brother, Christopher Heise of Two Harbors; sisters Jamie and Angie Heise of Superior; niece, Valerie Gemelke; nephew, Skyler Heise; aunt, Lorna Drumm; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A Celebration of Jessica's Life will be held at a later date.
