Kamala K. 'Kami' Scott, 59, of Superior, died Monday October 17, 2022, at her residence.

Kami was born in Rapid City, South Dakota, on July 13, 1963, the daughter of H. Kent and Corinne (Doty) Scott.

She was very artistic and enjoyed painting and photography. She also enjoyed singing Gospel Music.

Kami was a faith-based counselor for 25 years working in local churches and running Kami Scott Ministries.

Kami is survived by her parents, H. Kent and Corinne Scott of Duluth; brother, Keldon (Sandra) Scott of Lansing, MI; two nephews, Aaron (Melanie) Scott and Adam (Carrie) Scott; two great nephews, Bennett and Walter Scott; and many beloved uncles, aunts, and cousins in her extended family.

Visitation will be on Friday Oct. 21 ^st from noon until the 1:00p.m. funeral service at Bayside Baptist Church, 3915 N 16 ^th St., Superior. Rev. Tom Bush will officiate.
