Kathleen Ann Johnson, 60, of Superior, passed away peaceful Wednesday, June 23 2010 at her residence.

Kathleen was born in Superior on February 5, 1950 the daughter of Annie (Lisak) Hill and Earl McKibbon.

Early in her life she had worked as a secretary in the Douglas County District Attorney's office. She loved art and was currently taking art classes at UWS. Most important to her was her family and she was always there to help family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Earl; her step-father Raymond G. Hill; and brothers, Edward R. Hill and John G. Hill.

Kathleen is lovingly remembered by her mother, Annie Hill of Superior; daughters, Hollie Johnson of Superior and Angy Edochie of Georgia; son, Steven Johnson of Superior; grandchildren, Nick Quinones and Aaron Johnson; great-grandson, Luke Quinones; brothers and sisters, Joseph Hill of Superior, Lynn (Michael) Hill-McDonough of Superior, Steven Hill of Superior, Rae Ann (Lance) Vadnais of Coon Rapids, Paul Hill of Superior, Lisa Higgins of Lake Nebagamon and her brothers and sisters in the McKibbon family; and numerous Aunts, Uncles, nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, June 28 at 11:00 a.m. at Cathedral of Christ the King Church with Fr. Andrew Ricci as celebrant. Visitation will begin one hour prior. Committal prayers will be in Greenwood Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Steven Johnson, Paul Hill, Steven Hill, Joseph Hill, Nick Quinones, and Aaron Johnson.

A benefit will be held in her name at Hollie's house, 1801 Hammond Ave., on Sunday, June 27, 2010 at 3:00 p.m.
