Kathleen "Kay" P. LeMay, 84, died on Tuesday, November 19, 2024 with her family by her side.

Kay was born June 22, 1940, to Alvin and Mary (Sullivan) Smith in Duluth, MN.

She worked as an LPN for many years at Superior Memorial Hospital and at St. Mary's Hospital in Duluth.

Kay was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Mary Ann Smith, and Eileen Pettersen; brothers, William Smith, and Lawrence Smith.

She is survived by her three sons, William (Jill) LeMay, Michael LeMay, and James LeMay; her grandchildren, Erika, Anthony, William, and Hayden; her sisters, Mary Lou (Gordon) Gajeski, and Patricia (Michael) Stainbrook.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at the Cathedral of Christ the King, in Superior on Monday, November 25, 2024 at 11:00, with a visitation one hour prior to the service.  Fr. Andrew Ricci officiating.

Inurnment will be in Oneota Cemetery following the service.
