Keith F. LeBard, 72, of Hawthorne, died Friday, March 18, 2016 at his residence following a long battle with diabetes, which resulted in complications with his heart.

Keith was born in Superior on April 25, 1943 the son of Keith W. and Margaret LeBard.

He had worked for Russell Creamery prior to starting LeBard Distribution, 34 years ago, distributing dairy products.
He was an avid Packer Fan and watched every game from his Rocker. He enjoyed being out in nature, 4-wheeling, hunting and fishing. He loved spending time with his grandchildren and was always at their sporting events or outdoor activities. Most important to him was his family and he loved living at "The Farm."

Keith was preceded in death by his parents and a cousin, Judy Forliti.

He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Janet; daughters, Kim (Steve) Rankila of Hawthorne and Kendra (Dusty) Androski of Superior; grandchildren, Austin Arnovich, Jarid Rankila, Hope Rankila, and Blake Arnovich; and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be on Tues. Mar 22 from 4:00pm to 7:00pm at Downs Funeral Home, corner of 19th St. and Ogden Ave. A prayer service will be held at 6:45pm with Fr. James Tobolski of St. Francis Xavier Church.

Honorary pallbearers will be his grandchildren, Austin, Jarid, Hope and Blake.
