Kellee Rose 'Rosebud' Dalton, 49, of Superior, died Wednesday, April 17, 2024, at Essentia Health – St. Mary's Medical Center in Duluth.

Rosebud was born on April 8, 1975, in Duluth, the daughter of Vicki (Cragin) and David Dalton.

She worked as a home health aide in the home healthcare industry. Previously, she was employed as a Minnesota Correction Facility guard in Lino Lakes.

Rosebud enjoyed reading, camping in Iron River, and spending time at Wisconsin Point. Most important to her was her family. She loved being with her aunts, uncles, cousin, and her pet dog Julie.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Robert Dalton; grandparents, Russell and Cecelia Cragin, and Joseph and Rose Dalton; aunts, Linda LaJoie, Sharyn Hanson, and Shelley Erickson; uncles, Larry LaJoie and Dan Rude; and best buddy, Garrett Carr.

Rosebud is survived by her mother, Vicki (Dennis) Merrill of Duluth; father, David F. Dalton of Superior; brother, David M. Dalton of Superior; half-brother, Joseph Dalton of Texas; half-sister, Lola McCain of Lampe, Missouri; best friend, Nicole Holland of Superior; dog, Julie; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A Celebration of Life with a potluck meal will be held from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 27th at Borders Sports Bar & Grill, 3028 E State St., Superior.
