Kenneth N. Meinke, Jr., 59, of Superior, died Thursday, November 2, 2017, as the result of an accident on Tower Avenue, Superior.

He was born July 26, 1958, in Superior, son of Kenneth N. Meinke, Sr. and Mary Jane (Davis) Meinke.

Ken was employed by the Superior Vocations Center for 25 years.

Some of his interests included fishing and biking.

Preceding him in death were his maternal and paternal grandparents; step-father, Gerald Raaflaub; and uncle, Dwight Davis.

Survivors include his daughters, Lisa (Dennis) Pederson and Bridget (Chris) Brochu; 3 grandchildren; parents, Kenneth Meinke,Sr. (Sally), and Mary Jane (Davis) Raaflaub; sisters, Janeil (Steve) Crist, Debra (Tim) Eller, and Stacy (Mike) Wilson; brothers, Keith (Tracy) Meinke, Kelly (Lisa) Meinke and William (Miki) Meinke; special friends, Cindy Cresbrough and Bruce Edwards; several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.

Visitation will be from 10 until the 11 a.m. service, Thursday, November 9, 2017, at Downs Funeral Home, 1617 N. 19 ^th Street, Superior.

Burial will be at Greenwood Cemetery, Superior, at a later date.
