Kiera And Kilayah Houle's Obituary
Kiera Jasmine and Kilayah Harmony Houle, identical twins, died Friday, August 28, 2009 at St. Mary's Medical Center, Duluth.
The twins were daughters of Jennifer Lynn Volak and Shawn Franklin Houle, Superior.
In addition to their parents, they were survived by their maternal grandfather, Andrew "Andy" Volak, Superior; maternal grandmother, Estelle Smith, Superior; paternal grandparents, Randy and Dawn Houle, Ashland; maternal great-grandmothers, Dorothy Volak, Washburn, and Georgiana Wilson, Duluth; paternal great-grandparents, Clarence and Madge Houle, Ashland, and Dick and Joanie Bratley, Washburn; godmother, Maria Evey, Ashland; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Preceding them in death were their maternal great-grandfathers, Andrew Volak and Jerome Smith.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, September 12, 2009 at Downs Funeral Home, 1617 N. 19th Street, Superior, with Chaplain Gary Meller officiating.
