Kyle W. Day, 31, of Superior, died Thursday July 7, 2022, at St. Luke's Hospital in Duluth.

Kyle was born in Superior on Dec. 17, 1990, the son of Tracey and Charles Day, Sr. He graduated from Superior High School with the class of 2009.

He most recently worked as a night auditor for Comfort Inn & Suites. He previously worked as a manager for A&W, Best Buy, and drove Uber during his time off. He was a jack of all trades, especially when it came to technology, he was a computer whiz. He also loved to go fishing and hunting.

Kyle was a caring, selfless person, who would give you his last dollar if it would help you.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Ronald Gernay and paternal grandparents, Bud & Mary Day.

Kyle is survived by his mom and dad, Tracey and Chuck Day; siblings, Charles 'Chuckie' Day Jr., Tyler Day, and Brina Day all of Superior; maternal grandmother, Marlene (Kirk Tester) Hageman of Brainerd; nieces and nephews, Kaeden, Kaiser, Knoxx, Kinlee, Charleigh, and Kaleigh; aunts and uncles, Tammy, Terri, Tonia, Tim and Kathy; dear friends, Mary Speaker, Katie Foust, Corrine Carpenter and Jane Matejka; many cousins; and his beloved dog, Pricilla.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 14 ^th from 10:00 until the 11:00 Celebration of Life service at Downs Funeral Home, 1617 N 19 ^th St., with Gary Banker as officiant.

Honorary Pallbearers will be, Skyler and Tanner Murray, Jordan Vaniter, Kirk Tester, Tim and Cody Hageman.
