Larry H. "Lurch" Olsen, 60, of Duluth, died Friday, May 23, 2014, at St. Luke's Hospice, Duluth.
Larry was born February 28, 1954, in Duluth, son of Harold and Irene (LeMier) Olsen.
On August 22, 1975, in Duluth, Larry Olsen and LuAnn Yadon were united in marriage.
He worked as an auto mechanic for various employers and was also self-employed.
Some of his interests included hunting, fishing and camping.
He was preceded in death by his parents; father-in-law, Frederick Yadon; and mother-in-law, Patsy (Ron) Thompson.
Survivors include his wife of over 38 years, LuAnn; sister, Jean (Steve) Johnson, Port Aransas, Texas; brothers-in-law, Thomas Yadon, Daniel (P.J.) Yadon, and Robert Yadon, all of Superior; sister-in-law, Tina (Tim) Willie, Superior; and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside service will be held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, May 28, 2014, at Greenwood Cemetery, 8402 Tower Avenue, Superior.
