Larry Dean Kunes, 64 of Superior died suddenly on Thursday, May 23, 2024, in his home.

Larry was born July 1, 1959, in Superior, WI to Shirley (Paxton) and Norman Kunes.

He was employed as a laborer for the Harvest State Grain Elevators in Superior for many years until his retirement.  Larry was an avid Green Bay Packer and Milwaukee Brewers fan.

He is survived by his parents, Shirley and Norman Kunes; his brothers, Lee (Teresa) Kunes, Lorne (Monae) Kunes and Lon (Gladys) Kunes; his sister, Lynn Burgraff and numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 8th from 1:00 – 6:00 p.m. at Jimmy's Saloon, 1812 Iowa Ave., Superior.
