Lillian E. Lange, 93, of Solon Springs, WI, died Saturday, April 2, 2022, at Villa Marina Health and Rehabilitation Center, Superior.

She was born October 19, 1928, in Superior, daughter of John and Senja (Ojala) Hill.

Lillian worked in the Superior area for over 25 years as a health care professional, and before that she worked at Roth Brothers for 9 years.

Traveling was a passion of hers, especially to London, Paris and Spain with her niece, Carol Jean. She also enjoyed solving crossword puzzles and cheering for the Packers and Brewers. Her grandchildren and great-grandchildren brought her great joy.

Preceding her in death were her parents; husband, Robert; son, Dwight; daughter-in-law, Brenda Lange; sisters and brothers-in-law, Aileen and Mark Hurn, Elna and Jarl Aho, and Shirley and Kenneth Mertz; brothers and sisters-in-law, Wally and Ella Hill, Benhart and Peggy Toya; Armas and Millie Toya, and Edwin Toya.

Survivors include her children, Robert Lange, Lori (Richard) Rygg, and Deborah (Bill) Hoffer; grandchildren, Kimberly, Vanessa, Crystal, Jason, Allison, B.J., and Heidi; great-grandchildren, Trevor, Alayna, Jay, Joey, Jillian, Vanessa, Drew and Reese; and daughter-in-law, Cathy Lange.

The family extends a special thanks to Villa-Marina and St. Luke's Hospice for the loving care they provided Lillian in her final days.

Visitation will begin at 10 until the 11 a.m. service, Friday, May 6, 2022, at St. Pius Catholic Church, Solon Springs.

Burial will be in the Lange family lot at Greenwood Cemetery, Superior.
