Linda Mae (Isaacson) Kreft, 76 died on Friday, March 11, 2022, at the Froedtert Hospital in Wauwatosa, WI.  She was born in Superior, WI to Earl and Nina (Vernon) Isaacson on May 1, 1946. Linda graduated from UW Superior with Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree and continued her education at UW Madison attaining her master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction with a focus on Multicultural Education-Multicultural Arts.  She was employed as an Art Teacher for many years in the Milwaukee area.

Some of her career highlights include 1973-1983 Elementary Art Teacher Spring Green, WI; 1983/88/89 guest teacher/student KNUST – Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, Ghana College of Art and Culture; 1994-2003 Milwaukee Public Schools Curriculum Technology Resource Center Supervisor, Staff Development Specialist-Multicultural Emphasis Division of Professional Development.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Keith Isaacson.  Survivors include her sisters, Barbara Hagen, Anita (Ray) Christianson, and Patricia Ranthum; her brothers, Earl (Nancy) and James (Nancy) Isaacson; numerous nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held at the Log Cabin Bar 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 30, 2022.

Inurnment will be in Greenwood Cemetery.
