Linda Rae Wagner, 60, of Superior, Wis. passed away Mon., Mar. 10, 2014 in her residence.

She was born in Duluth, Minn. on Nov. 16, 1953 to Jacqueline ( Von Dane) and Raymond Conklin.

She was a mother, grandmother, sister and friend to many. She was a very loving and kind person who would do anything for anyone. Her many random acts of kindness in her life will be remembered forever.

She had been employed by Who's Bar.

She is survived by her daughter, Kelsey Arnold of Bluff Dale, Tex.; a son, Kris Wagner of Duluth; four grandchildren, Skyler, Dayna and Casey Wagner and Tyler Arnold; a sister, Patricia (Mark) Dinda of Superior; and a brother, Larry (Irene) Conklin also of Superior.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a son in law Rusty Arnold, also longtime friend Don Rink.

Visitation time will be from 10:00 a.m. until her 11:00 a.m. memorial service on Fri., Mar 14 ^th at Downs Funeral Home, Corner of 19 ^th St. and Ogden Ave.   Rev. Sarah Kerkes, Pastor of Our Savior's Lutheran Church will officiate.
